Dev we need to bring in a manager with a vision like Paul Cook who can revitalise the club .
It is vital we bring in a new man to give the club a lift .Look what it has done to such clubs as Scunthorpe,Sheff U,Newcastle and Villa to name a few.Getting the right man isnt easy but when clubs do the change can be remarkable in a short space of time .
I dont really know who could replace Wilson but we must make that change now .otherwise its certain relegation
