Dunfermline Ath v Hibs, Sat 22 Oct , KO 3.00pm

Another away fixture coming up in Fife and it looks like a large Hibs support will 'cross the watter' in an easy journey up to East End Park. Bartley has another red card rescinded. So he'll be eligible to play in this match. Will Dylan be fit to face the Pars? Well, we'll wait n see! Otherwise it looks like Lenny will likely 'stick' with the team that showed a lotta grit and determination to subdue Raith Rovers with 10 players and really should've beaten them last week had it not been for another SFA ref trying to ignore FIFA rules on awarding pks, issuing red cards and ignoring other more extreme offences!! Another reason for not winning is we're still not scoring goals from good positions and Holt was prob the main offender last week. Lets see that change on Saturday v a defence that definitely leaks goals. I'll worry a wee bit if we don't breach that defence with the strikers who will be available for this game! Things to watch out for? Well beware of our ex striker, El Alagui, sadly a victim of a horrific injury on an artificial pitch at Recreation Park. He was given every chance by Hibs to succeed but it didn't happen for him and he finally left Hibs at the end of last season! He's currently scoring goals for the Pars and I don't wanna see another one of those coincidences when an ex player scores against us! Thumb down Also watch for another ref possibly sending off one of our players! Thumb down Lastly watch out for a few Hibs goals on Saturday. We're top of the Championship - lets stay there!

Second half brilliant huffed & puffed a bit in the first but in all fairness the ref was terrible AGAIN never a pen but half time came and hibs turned it around with 3 good goals and send the 3000plus hibs fans home happy. Boyle was brilliant when he came on but. a special mention for Darren McGregoer solid performance the guy ouzes class

Don't know what Lennon said at half time but it worked a treat. Could have have and should have scored more.

Alan muirs a cheating bastard btw, no danger is it incompetence or honest mistakes. He gave the pars a Pk for nothing the day and the pars players were as surprised as anyone by the award.

Something amiss is going on here.

Also compare that 'nothing Pars pk' with the two ludicrously dismissed pks at Stark's Pk last Saturday! Remember that this ref Muir is the same ref who was involved in that 'diabolical game changing decision' when he denied us that pk (and other unbelievable calls!) at ER in last season's 1st leg play off match v the Bairns!! Thumb down  How did the Pars' defender, Ashcroft, not 'see red' after downing Shinnie in their pen box for our pk goal? He was also the 'behind the goal AR' who was involved in that infamous Meekings' hand ball incident on the goal line to deny Sparky at Hampden in the Scottish Cup semi-final, Celtic v ICT, together with his ref buddy, Steven McLean!! A shocker!

They changed the rules 0762 I think I'm right in saying if the ref rules it's not violent conduct he awards the pk and only has to book the player. Shambolic rule tho

Good to see us get a grip of the game in the 2nd half well deserved 3pts

Also note Cummings left out completely the day and when Lennon changed tactics the emphasis was on Boyle. I think the manager has had enough of Cummings and decided to teach him a lesson.

2nd half was as good as we have played under Lennon, and barring the shoddy, biased ref we would have had another clean sheet with McGregor again excellent marshalling the defence.

Also thought shinnie played well, soon the Pk and would have had 2 assists had keatings not missed a sitter.

Holt also has to start every game he physically can for us this season
