This is a fixture we should win but one that I fear a lot.
I have friends who support Sunderland and so have seen them play West Brom countless times. It's a tough fixture with hugely passionate fans, and I always worry that the combination of Albion caution and Sunderland passion will be our undoing.
I'd happily take a point and move on.

I predict it will go like this.....
Friday: Pulis will talk up the opposition
Saturday: We will defend doggedly, have less than 40% possession, allow a team shot on confidence (that's them, not us) to practice passing and build fluidity. The result will be 0-0, 1-0, 0-1, or 1-1. Post-match Pulis will talk up the opposition and say our motley group of one-legged wonders who had never played football prior to joining West Brom performed wonders in regard to work rate.
Sunday: I will post on here complaining about our lack of intent.

Man for man, I honestly feel we are well ahead of this Sunderland team that's available, given their injuries. On that basis you cannot help but think that, if Tony Pulis was to set us up to attack and press, that there should be three points for the taking tomorrow. However, as I type this I also feel the futility of these sentiments - 29% possession and last on MOTD. As for the result, we tend to be generous to either teams or strikers that are seeking a first win or first goal, so 2-0 to the Mackems.

I'm not at the studio sunderland are bottom they have defoe say goodnight gracie.
In all honesty these very winnable games give me the Sh*ts! I fancy us against the likes of arsenal manure chelsea
more than our lower division counterparts these days. Why is that?
Oh and our record against moyes isn't great either is it. Heres hoping they sack him at 2.55pm and appoint McCarthy :-D
