Call it mind games, or other people picking up on the problems at our club. The man is right
I saw that quote, that's Monk just having a dig to deflect off him!! There is no turmoil aside from FF being a baby. The club called his bluff and the statements this week were very well handled. This sort of shit goes on a lot more than we usually know, normally the player picks up a "niggle", CC called out FF this time, we will have to wait and see if that was the right decision.

At this point I'd change anything, everything. Hutchinson isn't a CB for me and he isn't on the same wave length as Lees.
Sasso should have started today for me, it couldn't have been worse than Burton. He definitely needs to start next week. But probably won't.
We've clearly been sussed out, teams are now happy to let us play our possession game and smash us on the counter, and it's worked for the last 2 games. We tippy tappy all day and can't score for shit.
Theres just too much going on at the moment, I thoroughly believe something is happening behind the scenes and it has affected the squad. I firmly believe we are not ambitious enough to reach our goals. And anything else I've mentioned in the last 30 minutes.
Just total shit really.

Is the FF situation having a more adverse effect on the squad?? The last 2 performances will have fans wandering.

We need more signings yes, but what more cud CC have done today, adjust the tactics a bit? The players shouldn't have needed motivating today
I'd have played Sasso, a natural CB at CB. I would also have stated Jones ahead of Wallace to see what he brings, especially as Wallace goes missing.
The attitude or morale of the players is clearly affected by something in my opinion.
To sack the man that has us playing the best football in decades would be further insanity.
I didn't get to see this game, unfortunately. But I do feel as stated in the above posts.

Hutchinson has to move back into his midfield role hes a good tackler but defending crosses isnt his thing !! Hunt is for me like all the other players that have come and gone the last 15 years completly shite !! but palmers even worse ? we need to buy decent here quickly but that wont happen ? wallace has to be dropped and make way for hutch the new lad jones abdi lees and bannan leaving fessi upfront nothing more and fletcher hooper and buckley and wallace making the changes when needed !
Thats how id play it now 4-5-1 and overun the midfield there is no point in having hooper and fletcher picking there arses waiting for the ball for the first 45 minutes of each game ?

Probably a day or two too early for Sasso, and Hutch has by all accounts played well, but maybe we are missing him in the holding role more than we think?? I agree about Jones in for Wallace, we need a natural holding player and I see that as him or Hutch only in our current squad.
No idea about the morale or the players, we won't know anything about that unless something leaks out of the dressing room, certainly the FF situation won't have helped and I would imagine some players were pissed with him, hopefully though that is done and dusted now. We have a week before the next game, we need to use that time very wisely!!

Problem is we have 5 central midfielders who you could all say are starters. I would personally have a midfield 3 of Abdi, Hutch and Bannan.

Just brace yourselves for the drop when the other results kick in shortly!
It's all we can do SCO. We absolutely have to beat Brentford, and not just scrape by either. Carlos has a lot of work to do this week, he should realize Clubs are on to our possession game and whislt I'm a big fan of overlapping FB's we need another approach.
Funny isn't it, we've plenty of Midfielders. a few seasons ago all we did was sign Defenders.

Now I'm getting shit from my Uncle who's a dirty L**ds fan. The tw@'s from Sheffield like the rest of us
That's what I was saying t'uther day Imre.
If we lose this it's playing catch up, instead of having necks in front, it gives no lee-way
