Aye Fred......the dot counters are saying there are only 700 left obviously not including the South where the Pars will be. ( who should bring a few)  I'm a little dubious as great blocks were suddenly sold by the area where I sit on Thursday which is usually the last to go in the West.....so we will see. They sometimes take these blocks of tickets for the pods on Saturday or when they want to create a fervour amongst fans to get a ticket........we will see. Whistle

Having said that it should be a good crowd and lets hope the team turn up with them. Thumb up ( obviously not including you in that ! Wink )

Pleased with a win although it was all pretty ugly. Thanks to the Pars for the first and a tap in for the second after good work by Boyle. Their goal was well worked and cut us open quite easily. Confused

Don't like the formation, same as on Tuesday, but I am certain NL is looking to change things and add to the squad. He has expressed an interest in Shinnie at Birmingham so we will have to see how that pans out.

John McGinn immense and what a difference compared with his under performance on Tues night! Thumb up Very happy it's a win in front of a big 16,500 crowd and sold out hospitality suite! Six pts from two matches is the main stat that matters!

Wasn't particularly good in my book. Relying on gray and stevenson for width and creativity hampered the side the day much like it did v queens. Really was some awful defending from us the day. Mcginn was good but he is getting stretched way too much in a 3-5-2.

We played well in bits and bobs and after a slow start we really should have capitalised more than 1-0 at h/t. Then as the 2nd half went on you could feel the doubts start to grow and dunfermline were a lot better than i expected.

The one positive and big difference from last season was that lennon had the balls to change it when it needed changing, boyle and mcgeough were positive subs and all of a sudden we started to click again.

great crowd the day 16k i heard.

16447 fans Scotland's biggest crowd at Easter Rd today bet Wattie is doing summer salts around his house ha ha ha a ha.

Played really well in parts of the ame 1st half thought we played well 2nd half a bit huff & puff at times in fairness Dunfermline had a wee spell but that man Jason Cummings stepped up to the mark again to slip in the winner after good work from Martin Boyle.

Agree that John McGinn was best player but also thought darren McGregor & James Keetings put in big performances darren was solid and keets covered every inch o the park his defensive work was brilliant
Onwards & upwards to st mirren next week hopefully backed by another big travelling support.

GGTTH Thumb up Thumb up

The intro of Dylan McGeouch definitely gave us a more balanced midfield at an important stage of the game but we've always known that Dylan has that required skill to hold the ball and do things with it. Last season's Scottish Cup final was just one example of his playing talent when Stubbsy played him from the start to the relief of thousands of Hibs fans like myself who thought he wouldn't be fit for the final.
