Sterling has to be off, he is spending more time in the middle that out on the wing, so you might as well replace him with Vardy or Sturridge, both would do better and be more of a threat in the box. Rooney has been poor, I would bring on Wilshire for him, at least his movement is better.
Just not good enough for England, lots of possession but no pace or ideas to use it properly!!!

Lallana and Walker are ok down the right, bring on Vardy for Sterling to spread their defence as Kane is being marked out of the game and push Rose forward. Dier can support the two CHs.
Sturridge and Vardy on for Kane and Sterling. I'm good with that, that will create movement and serious pace. Now the midfield has to look for the pass!!!
