I'm sure many Hibs fans will still be active during their summer hols when Hibs start to 'wind up' their pre-season fitness schedule so early in July but that's the way it is. Two away 'friendlies' v Berwick Rangers and Edinburgh City, followed by a home tester v the Steelmen, and then, 4 days later, we're up against a Euro team that will likely be classified as 'testy opposition'. Too early to do anything at this point? We'll wait n see how it unfolds!

My only concern is the Edinburgh City game at Meadowbank. According to reports City are going to parade the cup they won for getting into the league for their fans.

But the Scottish cup is also getting paraded after all the bad media attention from the cup final I think HFC should reconsider this one can you imagine HFC parading the Scottish cup and only 7000 seats in the ground can you imagine the crowds all around the stadium trying to see the cup.

Would not bet on it.

Hibs will have a massive mob out for this one. Every time we play english teams they all come back remember Leeds Utd in the Whyte & McKay cup
