So, as expected, Everton and Newcastle have won today, leaving us once again perched a point above the drop zone. How deep we are in the mix going into the Christmas period will be defined by the Palace/Leicester/Newcastle games regardless of what happens on Monday night, but it would be fantastic to give ourselves a boost and take a bit of pressure off before next weekend. Come on Albion.

Yacob out of contention for the game. Apparently he has returned to Argentina for personal reasons. (Family illness)

Foster is injured so Myhill is in and Wisdom is in for Gamboa at right back. The rest is unchanged.
By the looks of it, Man Utd have changed to a 4-2-3-1 formation with Di Maria or Januzaj up against Wisdom. Hopefully Dorrans will give Wisdom plenty of defensive support.

I think the Wisdom in for Gamboa change shows the mindset of AI for this 1 - as does the rest of the selection - ......more about containment and less about taking the initiative and taking the game to them.
Hope I'm wrong.....
