Probably right Worthing. Stokes will also be back to Celtic with Henderson, Hanlon hasn't signed yet.

The only plus from Hibs point of view is that we didn't have to play extra time and then a further game before the Cup Final. However cannot see us winning that either. Just a question now is when does Stubbs leave and leave us with the usual merry go round of a new manager appointment and how many players we can afford to keep. Can see an input of loan players again to try and see us through next season as I feel this year will have cost the club big time financially. .....with no cat A games next year and attendances down again we will have to cut our cloth accordingly.

Always Hibs

Well said exeterhibby. Always support your team, no matter the disappointments that go with it. It's what real football fans do. Thumb up

Here's the match report for all Hibs Sb members to read. A very disappointing night for club and fans and another case of 'not converting as many scoring opps as poss'. We'll find out what significant injuries have been incurred on the artificial pitch, and later on at an appropriate time, what the repercussions will be within the club.

First repercussion is stubbs is gone. Hopefully to celtic.

stonewaller denied and falkirk should have had a player off over the 2 games They were predictably allowed to boot us up and down the park. But 2 great goals to win it.Fair play to them.

Got what you deserved there.

Karma.

Just your tilt at the "Holy Grail" now. I'm confident we'll pump you in the final, but you never know you might be able to scrape a few embers from the ashes of your season.

GIRFUY.

Why did hibs allow them to boot them up and down the park?? Hibs are obviously a soft touch and should be giving some back, playing nice football is great but sometimes you have to fight fire with fire

Just the usual excuses. Falkirk had more shots on target and more goals.

Played their game really well - everybody knows their physical - and did what they've done so many times before by scoring late in the game to ensure they take something from it.

They sure are having a lamentable season against Hibs. Only 9 points from 6 games.

Conspiracy.
