Varela over Samaras. Lescott over Olsson if he is fully fit. Maybe Blanco over Berahino depending on how AI sees it in training.

If AI goes with Wisdom, Dawson, Dorrans, Brunt, Morrison etc. and its another drab performance then I will have made my mind up about him.

96, I think wisdom looks very good defensively and would have him over Gamboa against a team like Everton anyday. Didn't have the best of games at Swansea but the other two he's been real solid and reliable. Gamboa in a game we are looking to go all out attack with his pace, but being against a team of Evertons quality id prefer wisdom at the back, Gamboa is not really a defender haha!

I think Wisdom is a weak link when playing at RB, he is naturally a CB and never seems to stop the crosses coming in when playing at RB. Also, he gets caught out of position a lot and doesn't have the pace to get back. Gamboa is better offensively and has the pace to get back. Id prefer us to play a pacey wing back than a CB against Baines and Pienaar.

Agree with this. Doesn't sound like Wisdom has impressed many fans, but I think he's been very good

I wouldn't start with Samaras as I think that he may well be more successful as an impact player; coming on for the last 15 minutes or so.

I really hope that AI finally gives a start to Sess!

Just heard on WM that Mulumbu has picked up a hamstring injury on international duty.

This is with everyone fit! I'd be tempted to give Varela a go on the right i know he mainly plays on the left but is naturally right footed i'd like to see what Samaras can do on the left heard a lot of good things about him playing in that role, Do i think them 3 will play behind Ideye? NO! i reckon Brunt will manage to find his way onto the team sheet Confused

Myhill

Wisdom     Olsson     Dawson

Gamboa     Gardner     Yacob     Pocognoli

Sessegnon

Berahino     Anichebe.

Subs:  Daniels-Gk,  Baird,  Brunt,  Blanco,  Morrison,  Samaras,  Ideye.
Berahino deserves a chance playing up front on Saturday now confidence must be high lets take advantage of that
