Agreed - said he was effectively out for the season when they announced his injury problem. Why on earth bring him back for one match which will probably be meaningless anyway? We've more than enough midfield cover for now.

Elliott ward (who also played for us) could be back in the bburn line up tomorrow. Lamberts said that they have to manage his schedule but he may get a starting berth

T'unexamined quoting Wagner that hogg wont be fit for another 2 to 3 weeks , i doubt he'll start another game this year

Itll be best for hogg to miss out and be right for when everyone starts again.
