I think the Dundee performance against Celtic tonight should underline that this is not going to be an easy game. They appear to be well organised and able to spring forward when the opportunity is given.

It is never an exact 'science' of course, but how we perform against Dundee on Saturday will give an insight into how effective we might be should we get to meet Celtic in a later round.

I expect Dundee to play us with a similar shape to the one they used against Celtic, but they'll field their first XI against us instead of the weakened team they put out last night. They'll try to contain and hit on the counter, though that's nothing new for us to face.
It would be interesting to see how we fared against the current Celtic side. Deila is gone after this season so it won't be the same as what we face next season in the league. One thing Walter got right was how he always set out to play Celtic - sit back and soak up the pressure and then hit them when they tire and overexpose themselves. The expectation of how they must play always means they have no choice but to play an attacking game. Now Warburton has a similar sort of ethos, so it would be nothing like most of the Old Firm games we've seen for a decade.

The Rangers to beat the Dundee 1-0, than to beat the ICT or the Hibs in the semi, and then it doesn't matter who we get in the final - we're capable of beating any of the(m).
Looking the other way - I don't think there's a single team left in the competition that would look forward to playing us.
But first, let's see off that there the Dundee.

I don't thin there's a club left in the competition who would be worried about facing the club Trus no like yer winning games at a canter is it,that said you could probably chuck a blanket over the clubs remaining there's no a lot between them.

Every single team left will defend in depth against us, especially as the tournament progresses. Dundee might not this weekend. They might have to be forced into it.

I very much doubt Celtic if you meet them will defend in depth Trus,I have seen enough of Dundee this season to think they won't sit back either but we'll see how tha pans out.
