At the moment, I am the only yes vote, although it was a very close run thing ..... my thinking ...... it may be flawed but here goes .... he kept us up last year, we are nearly safe this year, most of the players we have have been with us longer than TP and have underperformed for several years, our recruitment has been underperforming in conjunction with that, stability is required rather than jumping from one head coach to another with the problems persisting. His football is dire, not convinced by his signings by and large, but he got us Fletcher and Evans, I think Do Ron Rondon will come good when fully acquainted with the premier league .... players from overseas often take a season to aclimatise. He has had two full Windows and a bit, it takes time to research and acquire the players we need, TP has now had a very good look at our squad, one more window may see the improvement in signings to kick on ..... my leaning is about 51 / 49 for him to stay ..... but it is a fragile state. It is easier for me to vote yes as I live away and get to one or two games a season .. I have not yet been to witness the football although I saw some of the posh game on the beeb and have it recorded to watch when time and masochistic tendencies allows.

The way I see it is, with all the TV money about to come in, would you trust TP with the budget when he spends 8million on Chester who never plays or plays out of position and looks awful.

This transfer window is going to be so crucial in terms of spending and getting it right as everyone else will be!

Our recruitment is awful in all honesty. While teams like stoke get Shaquiri, Afellay, etc...

We are buying Championship players that struggle.

I voted no, mainly because although I like how honest and up front Pulis is.

He is too defensive and has taken the excitement away - a good performance for him is definitely not always the same for me.

I'm voting no.
Think TP did a fantastic job coming in and keeping us up and sorting out our appalling home form. But, sad to say I don't see any improvement in the style of our football and our backs to the wall, keep a clean sheet and nick one off a set piece tactics away from home have crept into the home games. We are now also seeing these tactics used not only against the top 6 clubs but also when playing bottom 6 and lower league teams.
With a big team re build at the end of the season I have to admit the improvement in style and tactics I crave simply is not going to happen.
His results are good but I want some sort of entertainment.

I am grateful for TP for keeping us up BUT I am not grateful that we have become the most embarrassing team to watch, the football is absolutely rubbish and if he is there next season I really cannot see me renewing my Season Ticket.

I have over 40 years invested in The club I Love and god knows how much money I have spent along with most on here. TP gets paid to Manage the club and he is doing a woeful job because we do actually have decent players who when are allowed to attack can do it. He spends ludicrous amounts on average players who he then doesn't give a chance at playing in the respective positions.

We were unbelievably lucky on Saturday and struggled to get past a League one team in the cup, who incidentally played us off the park because their manager fills them with belief and tells them to attack.

We were second best to the worst Villa team in decades and scraped a point. So sorry but it's a resounding NO from me.

Doesn't play players in proper decisions and Wastes money which we haven't got a lot of. Plays ultra defensive football. If we stay up or go down he has to go bye bye.

the football under Pulis is negative to say the least, verging on boring
BUT should he get fired who are we going to replace him with?.
the players we have have all but bought into the negative(defend at all costs and see if we can nick something philosophy)

but the football being served up has to change
and changing manager means(obviously) changing styles
and that may take time
and as been posted before
you don`t get that time in the premier league

personally i would not change the manager
but lets hope the manger changes his style come next season

I firmly believe that JP has already made his mind up re. Pulis and that we will have a new manger in place in the summer. A massive gamble, in my book, but as we have already seen, JP is not one to shy away from making the big calls.

If you believe some rumours JP might be selling up this summer. If he is then he would not make this call - the new owners would.  Maybe that's all JP is worried about - the buying price of a club with potential and sat in the Premiership rather than a club heading south (any buy for Villa might look to us instead).

Steve Clarke proved when we finished 8th that you don't need to be ultra negative to stay in the Premier League ,
the Pulis haters are not asking us to play like Barcelona every week but just that we have a go against the lesser teams
at home, the Pulis lovers are living in cloud cuckoo land if they believe we`re suddenly going to turn into the side he had
at Crystal Palace with creativity and flying wingers, Jeremy Peace brought him Pritchard on loan which already looks like
a total waste if time. Pulis seems to have brainwashed thousands of people into believing we have zero technical ability in the
squad which results in us playing such dire football which is complete bollocks.I dream of what someone like Mowbray could do
with the likes of Pocognoli,Gamboa,Chester,Evans, Morrison,McManaman,Sessegnon,Pritchard,Berahino,Fletcher,Rondon etc.

The appointment and subsequent football offered by Mr Pulis has resulted in as big a division within the club as that experienced by the Church of England Synod over the question of the appointment of female Bishops not to mention in the past, ordained female clergy.

People expect and pay to be entertained by skilful, attacking football at pace and sadly, Mr Pulis cannot seem to deliver this and as such, I have voted that he should look elsewhere for employment next season.

Quite rightly, supporters do have higher aspirations than a continual struggle against relegation season after season and look to the hierarchy to achieve this with a prudent buying policy, a enthusiastic winning culture in the club with Leicester City being a role model. Discontent exists in the camp which adds to the problems and must be expunged from every corner of the club.
