Southampton vs WBA - Match Thread

This result is anyone's guess as its in my opinion that us and saints are probably the most inconsistent performers in the league.

All I'm hoping for is for a goal for Rondon as the lad needs to start putting these chances away.

Oh and also hoping for an improvement in comparison to the reverse fixture last year. By god that was the definition of a boring game!

WBA team v Saints: Myhill; Olsson, Yacob, Evans, Gardner, Anichebe, McClean, McAuley, Fletcher, Dawson, Sessegnon

WBA subs v Saints: Foster; Chester, Brunt, Lambert, Berahino, McManaman, Rondon.

Quite a decent bench for Albion these days. Let's hope the First XI are up to it.

Why have we approached this game different to the Chelsea game? These are nothing special and we are making them look like Barcelona. Ffs Albion

So much for Pulis' 'new' Albion.... very soft penalty.

Can't really argue about the pen but we should have had a free kick for the challenge on Gardner.

Get this wobble out of your system today, Albion. I don't want to see this performance next Saturday!

Only positive thing today (so far) is us giving the Jaapies a good whuppin' and winning the Test series in SA.
