Singing in the rain: Albion fans at the Vetch Field for the playoffs, 16th May 1993.

Another brief one amidst the tinsel and wrapping paper; we travel to Swansea on Boxing Day reeling from an unfortunate setback against Bournemouth, and needing - at the very least - to not lose to the Jacks, who have slipped into the relegation zone since sacking Garry Monk.  The task is made harder by the suspensions of McClean and Rondon, and coupled with our usual Christmas hangover, you could be forgiven for having a bad feeling about this one too.

Come on Albion, is it too much to ask for one Boxing Day when we don't look like turkeys? Rolleyes

Three-match bans for McClean and Rondon are a real handicap to our chances of picking up points against normally vulnerable-looking teams like Swansea and Newcastle. I have a particularly bad feeling about Newcastle because it's a home game. Five losses already at The Hawthorns and they won't be afraid of us at all.
Football aside, Merry Christmas, everyone!

Sorry guy's, but that line beggars belief, I don't think he could have been more negative!!!! I really feel sorry for those that have made the trip to south Wales to support that team.
Still I might be completely wrong and we will dominate the game, win comfortably and all hail the dynamic Tony Pulis.??

I think we can guess the tactic here.

I really hope we get the draw we are after. Points on the board and all that.

So we lose 2 attacking players - arguably our best attacking players this season, so surely the only solution is to bring in 2 other attacking players to replace them.... Maybe it's just me. Morrison and Gardner out on the wings, their full backs must be absolutely crapping their pants
