THE LAST MATCH

Woy's boys beat Switzerland 2-0 last time round and we have now qualified for the 2016 European Championships. Rooney also became England's top goal-scorer of all time. Whatever you think of him, a heck of an achievement.

THE MATCH - 12TH OCTOBER 2015 19:45 PM

ENGLAND V LITHUANIA

We won 4-0 at home with Rooney, Sterling, Welbeck and Kane getting the goals. This one should be another easy win but I would like Roy to blood some youngsters!!

Looks like Germany must have picked Nuhiu up front tonight, 11 attempts, 0 on target so far!!!! Big Grin

Scotland are now officially out after they conceded a goal 4 mins into injury time to only draw with Poland!!! But Northern Ireland have qualified for their first major tournament since 1986, so they join England in the finals!! The Republic of Ireland beat Germany, so are now joint second with Poland and they now meet in their final qualifier in Poland on Sunday. A draw I think will be good enough for Poland to qualify. Interestingly, if Germany lose to Georgia at home on Sunday, then a draw for Ireland in Poland would see them finish above Germany!!!!
