Hibs get the show up and running again on Saturday at Easter Road with the visit of Alloa Athletic.

The Wasps fully deserved their first win of the season against Dumbarton last weekend, their two goals coming from Graeme Holmes and Eddie Fearns. Michael Chopra had to go off injured in the Dumbarton game but is expected to be fit for Saturday. New loan signing Robbie Crawford from Rangers will be one of manager Danny Lennon's first picks with Estonian international defender Mikk Reintam giving experienced cover at the back. Man of many clubs, Burton O'Brien will be another with plenty of experience.

As for Hibs, we are once again playing catch up against a team that has made a brilliant start to the season, a team who are not just winning games, but winning them fairly comfortably. Of course last season we pegged back the pack chasing Hearts and there should be no reason why we can't do it again. However I'm sure life would be so much easier if we stopped giving our rivals the benefit of a generous handicapping system. My team to not only beat Alloa, but also win comfortably, would be:-

Like the look of richies side,one exception being Carmichael who just hasn't done anything so far. Providing the back 4 do their job we will get the 3 points.

No concerns with midfield or attack, we now have more options than AS knows what to do with. Still my main concerns are at the back       so lets see how they do on Saturday ( and hopefully don't get injured) .....cannot give them a clean sheet but should have enough at the other end to score more than Alloa.

Season starts this weekend a win for the hibs followed up with 3 winnable games in the next 3 weeks 12 points for the hibs puts us right back in league the squad Big Stubbs has built now we have pace and power all over the pitch.

I'm defo wanting 12 put o 12 with rangers coming to us in Nov it could be a massive game we must put pressure on them. C'mon HIBS

Remains to be seen whether the falkirk game being off will help or hinder us.

Get where your coming from hibeejim but I fully expect us to to kick ass. The squad is the strongest we've had for years plenty cover all over the park competition for places now at all time high players must produce the goods or someone else will.

Not a bad lineup hfcbounce. The jury is still out on Paul Hanlon and Forster's recovery from injury is almost complete. Also I'd like to see a fully fit Anier or Farid leading the line at some point.
