I have no problem switching some players in and out to give guys games, but I would prefer to see us stick to the formation and tactics we seems to be trying to instill in our league games, that way when we get injuries and suspensions we can simply slot players in to the team. New formations or styles should be left to the training field.

We've got 3 strikers who have had foock all game time this season. If we're not playing them in this type of game then we might as well release them.
That's why I'd go 442/diamond to try and fit in as many out of favour as possible
