I don't know how true this is but I have heard that Although the club is sold JP is to stay on as Chairman... I hope this is true as he's done so very very well for our club and I have got to admit I am more worried than excited. Look at all the crap at Blues and Cardiff and Hull....
Name changes (Hull) tried, strips being totally changed (Cardiff), fraud and very dodgy dealings (Blues) Question is , is the payment transferred to sterling from YEN, RUPEE, US DOLLAR, AUS DOLLAR, RUBLE, or A.N OTHER I have said before I would welcome An Indian owner.

I just hope we don't end playing in Dark red and light Red stripes and all our players are born on the 08/08/88 and become Asia Albion or something. I am quite worried guys ![]()

Would you settle for West Bromwich Dragons???
![]() The team mascot could be one of those long Chinese dragons. At least he could be at both ends of the field at the same time. ![]()

Trying to keep an open mind about this takeover, I would like to think that these foreign owners who now invest in football have learned their lessons having seen a few clubs go into decline through mismanagement/interference, spending beyond their means etc. I'm fairly confident that we won't go the same way as those and this takeover will only push us in the right direction. Hopefully we can now move forwards and sign some much needed quality

It is all rather disquieting and the fear of the unknown kicks in with recent memories of Carson Yeung at Birmingham and of course, the odd looking man at Cardiff, Vincent Tan.
I just hope any new buyer has a proven track record, a plentiful supply of funds plus the desire to see West Bromwich Albion FC become a top rate successful club. Maybe we'll have a Chinese Take-Away in the Brummie with trained staff saying "Wa u wan?"

I blame it on the tour of China in the early 80's. As John Wile said 'once you've seen one wall you've seen them all'. Maybe he will return to the club as a 'Cultural Ambassador' ??
