One of the important parts of this structure is that all coaches have loyalty to the Club & not the HC so if MC takes the job, he has the coaching team we provide so that if we sack him, nothing else changes apart from a new HC.

That must have its issues though as coaches may not get along and cause disruption

All coaches are employed by the Club & know that if they don't perform then the Club will deal with them.
If Wednesday are successful over any period of time then opportunities will occur for the coaching team.

It will be good having individually employed coaches as each will have their own opinion and put them forward. Employing someone and then him employing his mates would create a closed pool of tactics
