Don't wait for 4/4/44. I'll be nearly 80 and far too old to be a bridesmaid.

Well, 4/4/16 looks good to me, but its a Monday....hmmm.

Who wouldn't want a sandwich piñata? I've designed everything for it. It can't lose.

Just stick two tins of Quality Street in it Marco like everyone else - except leave them in the tins and wait for the Laugh 's when then they bounce of your ma-in-laws head.

Is this a piñata shaped like a sandwich or a more traditional donkey shape but sandwiches fall out of it?

The latter. Bread + filling kept together with a cocktail stick and wrapped in clingfilm goes in. Sauces, accompaniments and relish is around the table. Catch your sandwich, fill it how you want. Simple.

Ooh, can't see any problem with cocktail-stick-impaled-sandwiches dropping from above into people's eyes, no risk there whatsoever. She's being completely unreasonable.

I'm surprised they haven't thought of it before. They already rent out places like Oakwell Hall for the purpose.

That's not a proposal btw!

Had to chuckle. Mrs JASOG just phoned to tell me she had called in at the V&A Museum. There is an area dedicated to fashion through the ages. She saw the very same t-shirt she used to wear as a teenager. So it's official. We really do belong in a museum now!   Laugh
