Portsmouth are going to pay Chesterfield in instalments for Paul Cook, which to me suggests they don't have the money upfront which is quite worrying. This is a club who isn't financially stable and we are letting them pay in instalments like we did with Cardiff for Doyle. Cardiff haven't even paid up in full for Doyle yet. We are like BrightHouse letting other clubs pay hire purchase.
