Nothing will change until we have had a complete clear out of the playing staff. Blaming Pulis after looking at what he achieves with bad players makes you look as bright as mud.

The difference is, in the past Pulis has had poor quality players, but they had some fight in them, not many of our current crop have any of it.

How many crap seasons and crap performances and how many managers before you realise this?

We all know the players are shit. I've said for the past month that we could release the whole squad and I wouldn't bat an eyelid. But I call it as I see it and today Pulis lost us that match, Olsson on for Gardner was absolute insanity and Anichebe didn't touch the ball in the 30 minutes he had. Sitting back for 45 mins to hold on to a 1 goal lead at home to bottom of the league is embarrassing.

Might as well change it up because we have nothing to lose now, continue with the same team and we are going down. I'm not a tactical genius but I think playing players in their actual positions would help - however Irvine and Pulis obviously have their own ideas.

(p.s. I know there is no chance in hell of this happening, it will be an unchanged team)

A lot of this you can put down to the players, but not all of it.  At the end of the day you would not call a painter to fix your plumbing, so why would TP continually plays people out of position, when it is obvious they are not up to it? 

Why would a manager with the experience of TP think with this defence, we can defend a one goal lead for 45 minutes and why would you instruct your team to play so negatively when you have pretty much controlled the first half by playing reasonable progressive football.  The negativity put us under so much pressure and then when you are under pressure why would you think the answer is to bring on another CB and invite even more pressure?

I am not saying that TP is a bad manager and hopefully next season, what ever division we are in, he will get his new players and make a difference, but I do not think he is entirely blameless for our really poor performances, certainly in the last few games

3-1 would have saved all the problems, but Leicester dealt comfortably with the freekick, and it spurred them on.

It’s not the end-of-the-world to lose to Leicester.  It’s a bit annoying I admit.  We will survive this end of season scramble for points; maybe not comfortably but we haven’t really been trying all season so what do you expect?  For me it all goes back to the cavalier attitude of management to abandon our heritage by not playing in the true Albion blue and white stripes.  Yeah,yeah I know, you think it doesn’t matter but it was indicative of the types of decisions being made then and a clear indicator that we were in for a wasted season of squabbling between ourselves instead of getting on with the job in a serious manner.  So, for me, 2014-2015 a forgettable season; it felt like that last August and it feels the same now.  Cull the deadwood; recruit fresh talent; set realistic targets and plan,plan,plan for a better season next time.  Come on You Baggies!

I really hope none of them starts bleating in the press about how they hate fans getting on their back, and how they need every last bit of support in a dogfight. Today they were backed to the hilt. No team could have asked for more.
