Bitterly disappointed after coming so close to a win last night. I thought the second half we fought for every ball with passion and determination, which is what we’ve been crying out for, but for me the decision to bring on the subs turned the game around, and not in our favour. Why take Dike off when he was the only one who was a danger in the air and was playing well! I’m sure there were lads who were struggling towards the end and needed to be replaced, but, for me, the timing and personnel was wrong.
However, we got a point and let’s hope Saturday’s match might be even better and we can get all 3 points and get out the mess we’re in. Well done you Baggie boys! |
