Hardie was my man of the match, it gave the team a focal point and the ability to play higher up the pitch

We don't do niggles do we?

After a spate o' Yorksha League fixtures (Town's season ends pdq to be honest with a final match against Rotherham in a couple of weeks) despite being almost at t'opposite ends o' League One, Town and Donny are joint top on t'only League that matters, gi' or take a couple o' goals like.

I think consistency is going to be our issue for the rest of the season. When you look at it, Bradford was simple football but with a fiery atmosphere and players properly fired up. Luton was a dogged performance with a wonder goal. Peterborough could have been our best performance for a while, but we tried to throw it away, at least we showed some spirit. Guess the same can be said about Blackpool in the sense we showed spirit. But then it only stretches so far as we found out with Donny, Stevenage and Donny yet again.

Thing is, manning ball is supposed to be more passing and other club fans have called it passive and boring at times. At the moment he's playing percentage ball and I think that will keep happening until the summer where there will be yet another overhaul, don't think we'll try to keep any loan signings and I think we'll try to move a number on if we can- Evans, kane, Charles probably top that list. Now Taylor is the anomaly here too, clearly a goalscorer, showing a bit of pace and desire at Wigan, almost like he's trying to prove a point. But I'm not sure what sort of football they play, he's been here for direct and failed, here for passing football and failed, channel ball and failed, always looks unfit and sluggish, so what is it? Is it a case of only being able to operate within the vicinity of the penalty box, basically keep him in that area and let someone else do his work for him? It's a risky move nowadays and arguably limits your options, especially here.

Charles is a willing runner, but struggles to score equals pressure on Taylor, may will run and score a few but then lack of height gives you absolutely no out ball, bojan gives you the out ball but not as much running which means you're either passive with the press or Taylor has to do it, which then seems to see him become stroppy and ineffective. We have done it before with Rhodes and Novak/Lee but I don't think you can really use that, not when that Rhodes was a machine that eventually got utterly dismantled by a combination of Gordon Strachan and aitor karanka, if he hadn't listened to those two and progressed his game naturally he'd have achieved even more than what he did, but Taylor doesn't possess that natural ability or maybe he does, but not necessarily the same level of.

Think that could be our biggest thing this summer do we keep Taylor and shoehorn him in, keep him and operate around him or sell him for as much as we can in order to get something that fits better, reckon we'll be after at least one striker in the summer whatever happens anyway

Also all anagrams correct so far. A few to get, I'll give you today as I never wrote them down and need to solve them myself
