Say what you want about Grant, but he would've made a better job of Srevenage than Manning.

This is the thing long ball with the strikers we have fit against someone like Stevenage is pointless, if anything it should have been in the channels with widemen playing and trying to get behind.

Grant ball would have come up short on that sort of pitch. It just needed more guile.

Either way we lack that creative spark
