I enjoyed this morning's match. I sent updates to Snoots.

This one not going so well.

I blame the change of shirt and stone colours. This may be superstitious hoodoo but I think it's relevant.... until we win.

Oooh, that's a turn-up. Got a 3 in the 2nd end. Good job.

Crikey, that was a tense finish, but GB win 8-7.

I really don't know what was going on in their tiny minds during the last end. Confused Instead of playing spectacular long promotions, they should have been drawing in to rest against the Czechia stones in the centre of the rings. 3 up, keep it tight. To be honest, GBR only won because Czechia were running out of time on their last stone and rushed the shot.

Still, it's a win and Sweden will be a stern test tomorrow morning. Korea will be a test much the same as Czechia were - concentrate and do the simple things well and don't get drawn into risky shots. I will be curling at the same time, so might not be posting until Saturday.

Txema Mazet-Brown finished 21st in the Snowboard Big Air Qualifying, but will be back on the 16th, competing in the Slopestyle Qualifying.

Tomorrow sees the start of the Team Event in the Skating, where GBR will struggle to finish anywhere near the medals.

And finally for your delectation and amazement - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/articles/czej70jyg4eo

I see Estonia got their mojo back in time to beat Sweden this evening, so hopefully they're having a stumble and GB can do the same to them in the morning.

GBR continued their excellent run of form with a comfortable 8-2 win over Korea. They're still unbeaten, but the difficult games are now coming up, so more of the same please.

Bruce and Jen now play Canada tomorrow morning at 9am - always a difficult opponent, with also unbeaten USA at 2.30pm. As if that's not hard enough, they then have to play Switzerland on Sunday at 2.30pm and reigning Champions Italy at 7pm later that night. That's all of our four nearest challengers, so every win counts. In the last Round Robin session on Monday morning, Canada play Switzerland and USA play Italy, so every win counts for them as well.

I'm dashing off for my evening curling game now, so that's it from me for today and tomorrow morning as well.

I see Norway wiped the floor (or the ice) with Sweden 9-0 this afternoon, too. They'll be singing in the streets of Tissvassklumptjønnin tonight!
