To be fair, they have yet to be found guilty of any charges. The investigation is complete but no verdicts from that yet.

Of course the fact that the investigation ended over a year ago and still no verdict is something that should absolutely be challenged!!

I am also glad to see the EFL take up this case even though the offence occurred while they were in the PL, no club should be exempt from charges or sanctions because they got relegated or promoted after committing the crime.
