Love the idea of a settled club and team, need continuity and stability, as we see with the government being dragged right then dragged left then dragged right again doesn’t get the growth or results we are so desperate to achieve, the same goes for football, Man ure stuck with Fergie when things were bad, a couple of good results led to successful seasons and the rest is history.

The owners seem to have their heads switched on and appear to have the right plans and mindset to carry it thorough and maybe make us competitive once again. Thumb up Thumb up Thumb up

I'm sure the stability factor will come under question as we continue to slide down the table under Mason.
He should have gone weeks ago.
Our new owners along with Nestor are obviously blind to what's happening.
Nestor will look even more of an idiot when he eventually is forced into removing Mason.

Well it DOES make you think what it will take before RM IS 'removed' - a slide into the relegation zone perhaps?
So many have commented on the same 'blind', non awareness of basics that unfortunately seem to surface all the time.
The article at the start of this thread DOES strike all the right notes to me (the stability aspect; trying to look long term, etc) ....... but only to a point!
If we find ourselves bottom 3 in the next month or so, surely ANYONE can see it's time....?
(Steve Cotterill returned to Cheltenham 2 months ago with them well adrift at the bottom of the league; now they're almost mid table. Achieving this with virtually the same squad shows what new impetus, a better understanding of players' abilities, and old fashioned motivation can do!)
