They dobbed themselves in for playing a bloke they registered ~10 minutes too late. The Red Mancs have shrugged their shoulders and walked away. Half the fine is suspended so they don't do it again. Well, until a day before the next round if they pick up a lad called Jones with known hamstring issues and their fax doesn't work properly again.
