Those stats show a very one sided game, yet we led twice only to fall short courtesy of a penalty and Westwood's sending off!!!  Were we unlucky??  It would appear not, we were just for probably the first time this season clinical with our attempts on goal!!!  Here is the video of the "mauling"!!

Nothing but positive notes on this one as we need the win to get closer to putting this season to bed and keeping them down where they belong.  So, with that in mind lets all remember that we are unbeaten in 6 games against this lot, including 3 games at their gaff which includes 2 wins!!!  So lets have no negativity on the thread, we will win this one!!!

This will be the 31st meeting between us with a record of W15, D12, L13, so we hold the balance against them - see positivity again!!! In this fixture last year we drew 1-1 with Coke having an interesting game by scoring our goal and then getting sent off!!  My positive spin on this is that he won't be playing in this one anyway!!!




CLASSIC MATCH

Back to the 1990-91 season and a cup game, no not the one we won that year, but the FA Cup and a 4th round game down at the Den.  The game ended 4-4, with Francis, Hirst, Palmer and Pearson getting our goals.  We won the replay 2-0 at S6 with Anderson and Hirst scoring before we inexplicably lost 4-0 at Cambridge in the 5th round!!!
