To me, this just sums up SG. It's 2-2 away from home and we are coping. So bring off a striker off and bring a defender on. Tell them you are going to sit back and have no intention of trying to win the game.

It's one of his dumbest decisions yet this one, the equalising goals may not have been down to SG. However, the decision to shut up shop against Derby in their own back yard is tantamount to suicide and shows again how out of his depth as a manager he is..
