The club can't really legislate for an opposing team's chairman going out into the car park while the match is on and being surrounded by his own fans (angry or otherwise). We're not obliged to give him personal bodyguards, and nor should we be. Our security are concerned with what's happening inside, and between rival fans outside before & after.

No you're right ska'd its not our concern but it just seems so unreal that he can get cornered like that and he doesn't have a couple of goons himself to escort his sorry short ass outside. BTW for the record when I moved to London some 25 odd years ago my first base was right in amongst the watering holes of the good ole east of Ham
I saw many a slogan decorating the walls outside of pubs etc saw a few colourful characters lol Whistle

BTW has anyone thought every time we whoop some teams ass their manager gets sacked or the chairman gets a telling off lol!
Its a bit insulting really. Its like they're saying Thats it pack your bags you lost to the baggies Laugh your fired

Amazing if true. Allardyce has got the Hammers higher than they've been for years. West Ham fans are fast becoming the Newcastle or Sunderland fans of London. On the other hand, West Ham could appoint Paul Lambert as manager and get relegated next season. Win-win situation.
