Pain for us but, I suppose it was deemed by the FA that Adrian wasn't actually denying a goal scoring opportunity and as such should only have merited a yellow card.

Certain teams seem to have the authorities bending over backwards to help them.
They should have been told to replay their game against Bristol City after fielding a player who should have been on International duty. Nah it's a London Club lets give them a fine instead.

Their goalkeeper gets a red card which is now conveniently rescinded so that he can after all play in the next round.

But then don't forget they won the World Cup in '66.

I know it's not a level playing field but, do they have to be so bl***y blatant about it???

Silver.... As you're an old bugger like me, do you remember 'The Lords My Shepherd' I ring sung in the 70's
I was amazed to hear it being sung in 1976 in Ska'ds video on this post.

Was first sung when we played Everton in the cup on a Sunday (our first ever Sunday match), around 1974.

Agreed, and there was more than a suspicion he was being impeded himself. I've never understood why goalkeepers face a straight red card for handling outside the box when outfield players don't get the same sanction. I also don't get the hoo-ha about overturning this red card - Albion have their fair share of red cards rescinded in recent times. If we lose to West Ham, I bet it won't be because of their goalkeeper.

No BaggieMan I don't but, I always remember the feeling of anticipation when 'The Liquidator' was played.

You knew that it was nearly time for the players to take the field and the match to start.

As I can't walk to the ground anymore (100 yards max.) and hence don't go to the shrine; do they still play it or is it still banned?

Dreamed last night we lost this 1-0, but I don't have the gift of prophecy so you don't need to worry.

It is back Silver, problem is unless you are there you won't hear it as Sky have to squeeze in their final adverts and BBC need last minute thoughts from their experts before switching to the game.

80/20 feeling today.

80% sure we will win today. Their keeper not playing and Carroll out through injury.
20% fearful that Cole given his chance to play will nick a winner as we lose a little focus without our new captain to drive the team.
