If it wasn't for us on here minus the idiot I would just give up and never bother even looking at how we ate doing ...I did this for 10 years in my 20s whilst having better things Todo and it worked ...just one foul day I sneaked a peak at a possible Sheffield double and like drugs hooked again ...what a waste of my time .
