Yep him it's definitely more play out from the back with xisco but with players who have feet not heads like was bungles tactic pmsl !!! Still with calamity Dawson in goal Cannavaro would look shite !!!

Shame we couldn't sign McGuiness he had both attributes..the ones we have are good at one thing and not the other ..
itheckwie can't play on the ground but Is solid In the air .
Famweo the opposite...
Iorfa well I'm not sure what he's good at any more ..
Palmers ok at a bit of both but not that great at either...
Brannan reads the same as palmer although he has potential in his youth !
James reads the same more attacking I suppose ?
Johnson ..don't get me started !!!

We now have 3 new players who we really as fans haven't got a clue what they are good at till come away at stoke mid December pissing it down !!!

Dijon Bernaise sounds like a good signing so it's a positive
Need this Milan keeper through the door pronto as he won't displace Dawson immediately, unfortunately.

Really do need a proven goalscorer

The Milan keeper proves again we are going to play from the back but hopefully faster and less irofa and Dawson the better !!!
Yep agreed but there are none available for less than 10 million in wages even on a free !! They really are few and far between we would be better looking lower down the leagues for a potential or abroad for talent ?
No point in signing some kiddie premiership muppet as he will break up in biscuit size pieces in the championship..veteran needed here is my view .

I'm not versed in legal jargon but it doesn't sound great, right?

Material Uncertainty Relating to going Concern.

"We draw attention to note 2 in the financial statements that indicates as of July 31st 2022
The companies total liabilities exceeded its total assets by £65,539,000 as stated in note 2 these events or other matters set forth in note 2 indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the companies ability to continue as a going concern "

'Going Concern' as a business term basically means the company is financially able to meet it's obligations and continue business in the foreseeable future.

That statement is standard policy for a company making losses and carrying debt. Just about every Championship club has a similar statement. The key thing for us is the following line further down the accounts:

"The balance owing to D Chansiri amounts to £56,319,072 (2021: £51,080,049)"

So the vast majority of our debt is owed to Chansiri and therefore has no due date nor attracting interest.

We are fucked let's face it !!! Proper clubs in debt like the company policy that charlie states don't give a monkeys but with fraudulent circus clowns this is another statement on its own .
I myself managed to work at no profit last year while raking in money ..difference I'm not going to have a tantrum blame it on my workforce or kick myself in the nuts asking for more money than what my business is worth Wink

Problem for us there being that any potential buyer has to scratch that debt with Chansiri on top of buying the Club...

That debt is a result of him overvaluing the assets and cooking the books.

Keiran Maguire seems to think we're doing better..
Though he too was surprised to see Chansiri taking so much money out of the Club.
