Five players out, five players in during January/February was the sum total of Hibs' trading in the market.
IN
Martin Boyle – seems to be a regular pick, still bedding himself in, could be better but OK.
Franck Dja Djedje - should be a regular pick, but has been injured, might be sidelined when Malonga and El Alagui return.
Tomas Cerny - experienced keeper, not only competition for Oxley but will probably end up as first choice.
Keith Watson – regular first choice at least until Gray returns to full fitness, certainly a great squad player.
Fraser Fyvie - keen to get his career back on track, should be an excellent buy for Hibs, make him an offer he can't refuse for next season.
OUT
Matthew Kennedy – not much we could do about his recall, good player.
Jake Sinclair – as Kennedy above, less likely to feature.
Alex Harris – lost his way after injury, needed a change and the loan move seems to be working.
Callum Booth – was second choice to Gray, then probably third choice behind Watson, good loan move.
Paul Heffernan – there is a God after all!
SHAKE IT ALL ABOUT
Oxley will probably become second choice keeper; Gray will have to battle for his place and might be moved forward; one of Stanton and Handling might drop out of the equation, or, better still, Craig; pick any 2, or even 3 in certain games, from Cummings, Malonga, Dja Djedje, El Alagui, and Boyle - possibly Stubbs' biggest dilemma over the next few months.
