Boring boring Albion no attacking purpose whatsoever and I’m truly truly sick of this. I’m rapidly losing interest and I don’t have the time to invest in the lazy half assed players we have. We’re an embarrassment. Hull btw are cannon fodder and they dumped us like tripe my good will has run out corberan is not the answer Lai is a corrupt evil bar steward and as for this team??? Turn the lights out the lot of you are gutless wasters

To be fair Val, I think there was plenty of attacking purpose- 20 shots; it’s just that it was extremely poor

Il answer you baggiesteve as you are at least civil and make a point unlike some other petty person on here. Looking at the first half as I did not put myself through the 2nd I knew it was a lost game at HT. the first half hour was like watching the England squad the boring tip tapping around in our own half neat and tidy but dull as ditch water. The commentators said we were trying to invite hull onto us so we could find gaps and exploit them This carried on for half hour with very little penetration the few occasions we did break through as you rightly said the quality was poor. Hulls manager then changed their formation 443 coz he could see a way to get at us and he was tactically aware which it seems CC wasn’t so within 5 minutes the game turned as they started to press us and we couldn’t keep the lazy passing at the back going in a flash it was in our net and that was game over far as I could see. Griffiths should have done better it went through his hands like they were made of paper to be fair on him it was a very quick turn and strike by tetteh but as far as I can tell we have been crap since we lost palmer to injury. That’s where things turned. He kept 7 clean sheets in his 10 games before injury. Button we already knew wasn’t good enough Griffiths is 3rd choice for a reason. When Palmer does come back maybe then we’ll know just how vital
A cog he is but we could be in such a slump who knows? All I know is we’re on a downward spiral and if our home form starts to falter it’s season over Confused

Val, I agree with you that it was very frustrating to watch, we seem to lack an urgency at times that I see in other teams. Rosenior’s change of tactics to press us higher and put us under pressure clearly worked, and we began to resort to punting the ball up to Dike, who, it’s been said by others on here, would struggle to trap a bag of cement. All in all, a really disappointing performance but, crazily, a game we could have easily won if we’d taken the chances created.
I feel for Griffiths; he started the season a third choice and on loan at Pompey. For no fault of his, he now finds himself first choice at a time even our form has dipped; all in all, I think he’s done pretty well but fully agree that we are missing Palmer.
The light at the end of the tunnel is the light of an oncoming train
