I am so rubbish at this game. I predict every week & haven't picked up a single Smartass all season. My last three attendance predictions have all been over 3000 out. I shouldn't bother but, here goes!

This week's bastard in the black is Kevin Wright from Cambridge.

He seems to be quite rated as half his matches this season have been in the Championship with his last match being the top promotion match, Ipswich v Derby.

Here is our record with this referee:

April 2013 - Blackpool 0-0 Wednesday - 6Y
Oct 2011 - Wednesday 3-1 Chesterfield - 3Y
Jan 2010 - Wednesday 2-1 Plymouth - 3Y
Nov 2008 - Palace 1-1 Wednesday - 1Y
Nov 2006 - Wednesday 3-1 West Brom - 7Y
Sept 2006 - Wednesday 1-2 Derby - 6Y 1R
Feb 2006 - Wednesday 0-0 Palace - 2Y

P7 W3 D3 L1 F10 A6 Pts12

He does seem to like to dish out the cards & once issued a red card in four consecutive matches. This season he has issued five red cards including three in his last four matches (at Wolves, Ipswich & Doncaster). He averages 3.3 yellow cards per match.

D, H, D, D, D.

I'll go with this for a team Whistle .

Westwood
Vermijl, Lees, Hutch, Helan
Lee, Semedo, Melo,
McGugan,
May, Bus

A few reliables in there to help out the new players. Lee, McGugan, May, Bus and the full backs have the license to get forward at will.   Thumb up Whistle

Not ideal throwing them all in together and so soon but I'd prefer to know this season if they are what we are looking for.

I hear what you are saying Imre but I don't think SG would trust Dielna at CB yet, look how quick he was to move him away from LB. Zayette isn't good enough in my view and that Kelhar fella who knows. Also think Palmer could do with some competition. He played great against Man City and then let his standards drop away.

It will be the same as usual thou 442 with Zayette CB, Semedo and Lee in midfield and possibly Bus up top with Nuhiu.

zayatte is at AfCon. Wouldn't chuck Kelhar in either so Dielna is only option hopefully with Helan at LB

Here's a talking point, with Loovens out suspended and Semedo still recovering from a toe injury, who will be captain?

Westwood as stand in?

Hutch won't be on the pitch long enough...

Maybe Vermijl starts at RB and move Palmer in to midfield and we simply not play Maguire ever again?
