Had a look for a remote doofer that had gone missing the other day. Loads of dust and a couple of empty brown envelopes were all I found. Some bastard obviously ran off with the cash.

I eventually found the remote playing hide and seek under the sofa.

PS you're welcome AmChaff. With not being in full time work I often find myself waking up in the middle of the night and trying to find something to help Morpheus turn up again.

We are absolutely bloody rubbish!

We've got some great young kids coming through. Camara, Diarra, Jackson. All lacking confidence. All going backward in their development, playing in a team where the experienced players have clocked off.

Fotheringham has to go. But he won't because it will cost us money to get shut.

Bromby has to go, but he won't because there's nobody in charge to sack him. We are a rudderless ship going down. We need to get it sorted before we end up dropping through League One. This is very reminiscent of the 1970s. Promotion to the top tier followed by a drastic slide.

I only miss daytime matches for very good reason but I really couldn't be bothered today. I watched in the warm on the red button. The commentary went missing from HT to 66 minutes and it was a blessing. I didn't have to hear them celebrating the first. I thought the first half was the better of the two but it wasn't good. We're missing too many players. Tyreese Simpson has potential but will it come too late. And what's the point of a strike partner if Ward and Rhodes can't knock them in.

Joke of a club and the comments after the game from MF are just plain ridiculous, he’s turning into Huddersfield’s very own Chemical Ali.

No Duane Holmes in the squad because the club are actively trying to force him out of the door in January. We’ve thrown Russell and Rhodes under the bus who also have no future with us and for what…a manager who won’t be here in L1, he probably won’t be here in March.

We’ve cut costs at every corner and now we are seeing the results. Talking of costs they don’t even provide a team sheet to the guests in the White Rose Club anymore. Tin pot club with a tin pot attitude.

Fotheringham needs to go.

Ward linked with Bolton, to me it makes more sense to move him on than Rhodes, we're going to need one experienced striker in league one and ward is out of contract come the end of the season.

Who do you replace MF with? We're at the stage where Warnock is an ideal option, failing that do you look at McCarthy? What about pardew? All on a short term contract to try and firefight.

Or do you go for someone who we want to try and get us promoted back to the championship in say Richardson who got Wigan up and then sacked a few week back, wilder who did the business with sheff u or poach someone like ainsworth.

Then again it requires money and ambition of which we have neither so if he did get sacked we would be looking at a bargain basement hire or internal promotion

I don't tend to post the forum links, but this time ....

If you get the time, listen to the Radio Local post match forum. You don't have to listen to all of it and you'll quickly realise the bit that I'm referring to.

There was a very clued up lady that phoned in, a refreshing change from your typical post-match piss-head that crashes and burns after their first statement is challenged. I hope Deano is forced strongly advised to listen to it. Scroll through to 26 mins.

Rudoni gets the short straw

Highlights - for the Watford fans - I doubt they'd be too interested in the extended version either.

Agreed Wakey - this guy should not be making decisions about who stays and who leaves the club, other than if he'd like to ask for his own P45 and give us all an early Christmas present.

This all made me very sad indeed - apart fom Simpson being on his way back to full fitness.

It illustrates what you all know and what has been happening since before? Corboran (5 from 5 at WBA) decided to go. Two of your best players went to Forest Reserves in return for an invisible £10 million. Proceedings clearly alienated other players who ended up as remainers when they obviously wanted to be exiteers. Others like Russell seem almost to have been destroyed by the changes. And you've brought in two managers from the scraping-the-bottom-of-the-barrel end of the market. What did you expect? This is almost exactly what you all expected isn't it?

The positive I can see for you is that you have blooded a few very promising young players. Maybe that is the way to go whatever happens with your league position. DITCH the already alienated old guard. Maybe Bolton might like both Ward and Rhodes, perhaps Dion Charles might fancy a trip over the Pennines. Stoke have loaned a 20 year-old centre forward to Torquay (perhaps it is just a six-monther), maybe you could pinch him on loan with an option to buy - he can play and he gets better every week. It might sound like a negative to you, there are a lot of good players even down to non-league football. Wrexham and Notts County might just be in a position to fight off offers, but the others will offer a gift-wrapping service in return for not-too-many readies. Exeter have several players both coming through and already established ...... and they have lumbered themselves with a worse manger than you. That's sad for a nice club, but it is also an opportunity for a club like Huddersfield should the fans be able to wake it from its slumbers.

Of course you need a new manager. Yes you will probably hit the random sacking button. You just need to avoid the random appointment button this time.

I do so hope it works out for you. Even relegation can be a positive IF you start gathering together a team capable of challenging for promotion/s and that in my book would mean a bit of influential experience and good dollop of youthful talent and enthusiasm. And a manager the players like and understand.
