He and "some of the lads" were once accused of going out on the razz the night before a big international (might have been in New Zealand). When asked by the collected press after the game if it was true he claimed in his case it must surely have been a case of mistaken identity, at which point the whole dressing room burst out laughing.

I suppose we have to remember that their Rumours album is now 45 years old!!!! I was surprised though when they said she was 79!!
