Why should a man go to work, if he has the health and strength to stay in bed?

Where do you start.

This new coach is a clown.

Hopefully he’ll be gone sooner rather than later.

Most entertainment came from someone trying a three point turn on kilner bank which says it all

What does it say when you're 1-0 down at home and use one sub? What belief does it give your subs too?

Does the manager know what he's doing, I'm not sure, our tactics are move it out to the right and hope Thomas gets a decent ball in to the area that Rhodes can get onto, rinse and repeat, ward is looking like a passenger and playing like someone who knows his contract won't be renewed. Rhodes looks to be fitter, quicker and stronger than him, which is worrying when you consider there is absolutely no attacking quality to change it up.
Another day, another door, another high, another low

Too much inexperience in midfield. Too old in defence and attack. Where's the right blend coming from?

Bring back Philips or Harratt to partner one of the old guys up top. Lees is lookng like the Lees we thought we were signing. Old and past it. Which is a shame because he was brilliant last season.

Desperately missing Hogg in midfield. Camara and Kasumu are both good players but..........young and not quite ready yet.

As for the manager! Very strange. When the lads need geeing up, he's out watching the subs. When we needed a sub on Saturday, he made too many at once. When we needed a few tonight, he made one.

Nicht verstahen, bonny lad. Huh

And whoever decided to not bring Wagner back, needs shooitin'

This is what you end up with when you piss off half the senior players and hang anyone that makes a mistake out to dry.

Radio Leeds on the way in were talking about how he treats players and that eventually shouting and bollocking will lead to players just either giving up or pulling out of games with the slightest injury, on the way back one caller/text/email said he's obviously lost the dressing room and although Glennon tried to deny that his answer wasn't very convincing.

He talks a good game but in reality, he's bullshitting his way through the weeks, I fully expect David Wagner to be in the job by the end of December at the latest as his contract runs out in November

I'll be available instantly December. Think I could do better than this lad. He most definitely has lost the dressing room.

Anyway. Nice to see Lloyd Maitland invited back last night. Apparently he doesn't talk much about it. He's been married to someone I know for years. He only knows him as Uncle Lloyd. Never knew til earlier this year that he'd ever played football.

Just reading his comments on last night

“We’ve showed a lot of character and we pushed right up until the end"- Does he really believe that, it's not what I saw

“The lads are working really hard and they’re giving everything to me and my staff, so we’ve got to dust ourselves down and go again Saturday." - From what I'm told half the squad think he's a fraud and can't believe he got the job

We play and out and out Right back on the left side of a back three, when we have Nakayama and Ruffles on the bench

We play young Camara in the middle of the park because of Jonny Hogg's "injury"

We don't make subs because according to MF "Subs can sometimes deflate the game" could he not see what was or should i say was not happening in front of him. If that game had got any flatter then we'd be calling out the RAC,AA and Green Flag to rescue us

I didn't see anything of your performance last night and you do have to take into account that PNE are proving amazingly capable of stopping anyone and everyone playing, which I never would have imagined would be in the wildest reaches of their manager's abilities, but your worries about Fotheringham haven't surprised me at all. Was it after his first or second game in charge that he made a statement about not being in the job to be the players' friend?

Very few people perform better out of hatred or fear. There have been examples, like Jock Wallace at Leicester, where a team full of young players were so terrified of their manager they would run the legs off any opposition rather than face his anger in the dressing room, but even Alex Ferguson realised that an arm around the shoulder could sometimes be more effective than a public bollocking.

Young Camara in midfield is a seriously good player, but last season with Russell alongside O'Brien you had incredible work rate and perceptive passing. In a tight division losing that alone would be a massive swing of fortune, but you've lost your raiding wing back, Lees is now performing as he was at Wednesday before you got him, Ward's mojo was never really going to last and even Sorba Thomas and Nicholls have experienced dips in form and confidence. The situation is close to a crisis and is being demonstrated in every area of the pitch. It is going to require intelligent, creative and thoughtful solutions in which everyone at the club can enthusiastically share. If all you've got at the top is bombast, "creek", "paddle", "without a" and " up shit" will quickly form a phrase. I hope that, unlike Liz Truss, Fotheringham has more to bring to the table.

I see our other favourite Town t'internet board have revealed that Hogg has had a scrap with Fotheringham and the post was liked by MaynardBlue who is usually 99/100 absolutely spot on. This is something i was sworn not to post when told 8days ago. It's fair to say Hogg wants him out
