It think this is currently one of the biggest debating points amongst fans and I dare say in the backroom at the club as well. In my train of thought, there is no doubt Grant can score goals, but that is usually when he plays more central and had Robinson popping the ball through to him. However I suspect we will have Dike there, I can not see that 'normally', Grant would get the nod over Dike, so we are talking about the left wing position in the more traditional sense. So now the question must become who is the best out and out left winger? For me, if the reports about Grady getting his mojo back, are only 90% correct, makes him a better left winger than Grant. In my opinion, Grady (with Mojo), is the best left winger in the stripes, since Willie Johnstone. Have to say though its a nice dilemma to have. Big Grin

Players who are not capable of playing with "Mojo" on a regular basis are better off somewhere else.
Diangana has had chance after chance - IMO honestly he has been rubbish for 18 months.
He reminds me of a player who wants bright lights and we are not fashionable enough for his ego.
I will gladly eat my words if he gets 10 goals and 10 assists this season.
While he wears the BAWS he will always get my unconditional support.

I think though 'mojo' is not just about the individual player, it is about everything else that goes on around them. Its about the striker who knows what the winger is going to do, when they will cut in and when they will go wide. The defender who knows just how much to put on the pass for the winger to catch it. I agree Grady has not been at his best for the last 18 months, mind you he has been in and out the team and played out of position for the past 18 months, that is the problem of an unbalanced squad. As for the 10 goals 10 assists, it is not the wingers job to score goals, his job is to get the ball in there for others to score the goals, of course a few are always nice. When the duo of Pereira and Diangana were striking fear to every team in the Championship, his season stats were still only 8 and 7, so it is not all about 'personal' goals and assists. Form is temporary, class is permanent.

I am being hard on the lad, only because we know he has the talent.
He is entering a critical period - if he fails to deliver this season I would be happy if he left.
We have traditionally spent far too much time waiting for players to turn up.
18 months is long enough, it's now or never for him. I've lost count of players who thought they deserved better then we could offer.
