From Bognor Regis. Centre Back with potential. Just the kind of signing we should be looking at.
Another of Kevin Davis's players, dont know if thats good or bad.

Doubt we would have signed him if he didn't have potential. There's a lot of rough diamonds in non-league who have been overlooked or dropped out of the football league at a young age who have never been given a proper chance.

Coming thick and fast now. Bailey Clements signed and according to kings Lynn, Gyasi is in the building.
Starting to look like a team.

As long as they are all players who want to get somewhere I'm in favour. I was very disappointed an available player like Zico Asare was allowed to go to Maidenhead, but instead we signed a 21 year-old from Donny, who must see us as a chance to develop his career, so I can live it.
And the Kev Davis connection has to be good. It wouldn't be in his interests to sell us a pup would it? And we do know he genuinely has the club's interests at heart.
I'd like us to get Gyasi, but I'd also like Cookie to change his mind about Asante whose showings last season seemed to me to be more about physical problems that actual ability. If we could sharpen him up again it would give us very good attacking options. He looked heavy-legged don't you think?

Came back half the player he was before his injury. Think he was rushed back. Looked slow and cumbersome. Like you I think with work he could be back to his best.
Add to the list of signings Oldfield from Dorking. Looks tidy in the clips I have seen.
Some mutterings about Gyasi. Maybe kings Lynn jumped the gun. Seems he might have a bit of a past. Might not happen if the trust know about it.

Well the Trust don't seem averse to managers with a bit of a past ............. but perhaps Rowe has made them even more selective, though Cookie is no angel. On the other hand Gyasi is still young. Sometimes being given a real chance to redeem yourself is the making of a player ........... It's a difficult one and you do have to get the right men to make a team - one bad apple and all that.
Dorking have several good players, so I agree with there Dancing, and your assessment of Asante seems spot-on to me. If he had played in a mask you wouldn't have known it was the same player as before the injury. He was slower, his mind seemed slower too and his control was well-short of the previous season.

Re Gyasi if what I've seen is true there is no way the trust will / should sign him or allow him to play. The saga with Rowe was bad enough but this would put our reputation right back in the gutter.
It could just be someone malicious with a grudge but it doesn't look very good.

McCourt is going. What better news could there be?
What idiots will offer him a better contract than us?
I'm 70 today. I think the club has organised it as a present.
I dread to think what you've read about Gyasi. Maybe I should take a look at Bob's?

Well Dancing it's pretty clear we don't want Gyasi .......... after looking at Twitter.
Dagenham and Redbridge just picked up my favourite defender in the league for nothing - Nikola Tavares from Wealdstone. And now my telly has broken down on my birthday. There is no God, or if there is why would you worship him?
