Hurry Kane is the one to shackle, and Gareth can do the business!

Three points would make a massive difference and would put some distance between us and the bottom three, but I'd settle for one point right now. As someone said, we need to get points from the teams around us and points from the likes of Spurs will be bonuses. This is going to be a tough game of football, and our defence and DMF are going to have to play really well.

A front four of Sess, McManaman, Berahino and Anichebe could be great against Spurs, good combination of pace, power and creativity. The Spurs defence isn't brilliant so we could definitely get at them. The only problem would be that Sess or Berahino would be out wide (preferably Sess) which would nullify one of them. I'm confident we'll score against them.

Foster
Wisdom - McAuley - Dawson - Lescott
McManaman - Yacob - Morrison - Brunt
Anichebe - Berahino

I really don't get why Lescott is being played at LB, especially when we have Poco AND Baird on the bench!!! He must really not rate our LB options. I hope that his stubbornness doesn't cost us as Lescott will get ruined by anyone with pace.

Other than that it is probably our best line-up if we are persisting with 442, only really Sess can stake a claim to start out of the rest of the squad.

Couldn't agree more he got tore one at championship side Birmingham, his best position by far is CB.

Poco is the strange one for me looks solid enough and a pulis sort of up and at em player,

Townsend V Lescott oh dear Doh

Agreed, Beef. Also wonder how long Joleon can keep going without a break at 33.
