Shows what I know.

Sorry boys but I'm in Glasgow and don't read the Evening Mail or Express & Star websites. Have Wba.co.uk actually said Varela has left the club? I've only seen that he's "due to leave". Thought we were crying out for him today.

I'm 95% certain he has gone, I'll try and find some confirmation.

The young lad Gray was class for them when he came on, lot of potential and quite possibly another Redmond.

Another gritty performance with us digging in second half but guess what we won !
Isn't it nice to have a beer on a Saturday night after winning a game of football ?
Lescott at left back....strange
But so what we won...well done TP (again) into the last 16
Big Vic was immense today (not my favourite player but credit where credit is due )
All the Pullis haters let's have it then ? WTF have you got to moan about tonight ?
Nothing ? Sweet let's all have a beer and enjoy the moment.

Just a thought, if we do lose more players in the transfer window and get several new in, it's possible they will be cup tied. Could lead to some interesting FA Cup selection headaches or maybe lack of players to select headaches.

Birmingham have already turned down one bid from Bournemouth for the lad. Albion could do worse than have a good look at him. He's a local boy, so he might prefer to stay in the area.

Aries,
I like the look of him too, caused us problems and had a couple of digs on goal too.
If they have rejected £3.5 mill off Bournemouth I wonder if £4 mill - £5 mill is a little too much of a gamble ?
He MIGHT be a future star but thinking its a bit early in his career to splash big cash. We defo need some pace and guile on the wing though.

Spot on Squirrel, if I can just add to all the TP knockers, this is what it feels like to win a game of football, sod the total football, 50 passes, possession football, it guarantees nothing.

Hard work, grit and lots of determination, on the other hand at least gives you a chance of getting something from a game and we've shown a fair bit of that since TP came in.

I'll take away draws, scrappy home wins and away cup victories all day long for the satisfaction I feel after them.

I like to be entertained but I like the Baggies to win a whole lot more Thumb up

Spot on, bomberbrown1968, and we always have Wolves, Birmingham and Villa to provide the entertainment.

My sentiments exactly, bomber.  Couldn't agree more.
