Oh no, we're back there again. As bogey teams go, we haven't actually played them a great deal.

We last played them in the 2012/13 season on 6/4/13. We were at home and it was a 2-2 draw; we were twice in the lead and twice they equalised. Our goals came from Neil Danns and Murray Wallace; theirs from Lee Tomlin and Dwight Gayle. However, the best part of that season was us helping to relegate them on that fantastic day when we and Barnsley played that extraordinary match. The cheer that they'd been relegated was almost as good as for ourselves.
Surely we haven't that much to fear from Darren Not A Patch On His Father Ferguson or Darragh MacPantony, have we?
Despite a 3-0 defeat away at Swansea yesterday, they remain in 20th place on 14 points. Whereas, our home win against Millwall took us to 5th with 24 points.

Ferguson has favoured the 3-4-3 for the last 3 matches (possibly more; cba looking).

Famous Peterborough sons include former Strictly stars Louis Smith who was also rather good at gymnastics and Aston Merrygold who was in JLS; might still be for all I know.

Also from Peterborough is Andy Bell of Erasure fame.

Is Peterborough posh? Well, according to an article in 2019, it was England's worst place to live. To be fair, Huddersfield came second but we weren't the worst!

Nice one, Chaffers. Thumb up

I've only been there once. It was a 3-1 win in 1979 and Robins and Fletcher scored. Classic.

About that 10 minute walk from the Station as claimed on their website ..... Google Maps reckons 17 minutes .. well to the club shop it reckons 0.9 mile from outside the station, so lets say 1 mile from inside to the away end. 4mph is walking at a good lick and will work up a good lather so that's 15 minutes at best. Olympic Champion walkers might do it in 10 minutes or less but then again Posh have long thought they were chumpions of something or another. Of course it could be downhill with a following breeze in both directions. Peterborough is just that kind of place.

I saw them beat Belle Vue in the speedway thingummybobs on the tellybox. Let's not let them think they'll win owt else this season.

PS - Directions - does nobody live west of Peterborough? I mean - how many clubs are there east of Peterbrough?

Vital that we got 3 points on Saturday because Peterboro on Tuesday and going forward Cardiff on Saturday are not happy hunting grounds.

Yes Posh are struggling and yes we should be going to win but I'd be happy with a point just because its Posh

Apparently this is Ferguson's 500th game in charge of Pish Posh.

Team talk not required for tomorrow - just pin this up on the dressing room door.

I just really really really hate this football club.
So many bad days watching us play against them.... the play off semi final 1st leg where they scored an equaliser in injury time, the next game that will forever be known as black Thursday, the play off final a few years later.
And that bloody chairman.
Apart from dirty L666s, this is the club I despise the most.
And relax......
That small crumb of comfort when us and Barnsley relegated them.....I say small crumb but I still smile when I think about it. Bloody marvelous.

I can't add much to that, Shep. Apart from the fans. Bunch of arrogant arseholes.
Small town club who've never won owt and their fans thought they were bloody Chelsea or summat.

Hope we stick it up em tonight, don't like anyone involved with that club. The manager is a stuck up prck, only got anywhere because of daddy not much else. Owner is a gobsh8, thinks he can say what he wants and usually turns around and says the opposite a bit later, tbh he also comes across as the Irish version of Dean Hoyle... Take that as you will. Only one owner I dislike more than there's is that Simon Jordan.

And then we have Barry fry

The media seem to love Darragh McPants, don't they? Can't see why.
