Mipo Odubeko joins from the 'ammers for the season. There's an elastic band clause for both clubs in Jan '22. He's here because of Rhodes' crockedness.

Don't think we've missed him so far - competition for Tommy Smith apparently. If I had the choice I'd have Smithy back afore Duhaney.

Mipo on the other hand seems to have the ability to get on the end of a pass (from his team mates or the other team) and pass it into the net. That is the trait of a darned good goal scorer.

To Montpellier. For eight million pounds! EIGHT MILLION POUNDS! I take it all back. This club is run by genuine geniuses.  I retract that statement. Reading the article properly. That's what we paid for him.  And he hasn't joined Montpellier either. I should read stuff properly. I'll sue that opticians.

He's gone through, paid up a chunk of his contract so he's available as a free agent.

Mbenza signs for Qatar Sports Club.
So basically, by letting him terminate his contract, we've let him go for nothing to one of the richest clubs in the world.

It was likely a move like this was on the cards. He gets paid off by us and a signing on fee from them. Nice money for running round a field on your own for a couple of months.
