Papa John's player eligibility

And which players are eligible to compete?
EFL clubs must have at least four 'qualifying' outfield players in their line-ups, with such a player meeting these requirements:

Any player who started the previous or following first-team fixture
Any player who is in the top 10 players at the club who have made the most starting appearances in league and domestic cup competitions that season
Any player with 40 or more first-team appearances in their career
Any player on loan from a Premier League club or any EFL 'Category One' academy club
A club can play any eligible goalkeeper in the competition

Talk about making things complicated ffs. If I'm reading this correctly, 4 of the first team who play against Morecambe will have to start against Newcastle U23s

Think Corbeanu, Sow and Buxton would be allowed to play too.

Stockley is leading scorer so he'll be the one to trouble us mostly.

Seems like Morecambe are the kind of team that like to win 4-3 or 5-4

Luongo is injured again after one game and now the rumours off getting rid will hault he's un sellable! Looks like we are stuck with him now for his 10 games a season till the summer ( sigh) .
Everyone else is fit but it sounds like Hutch will still be rested .
Sunderland can postpone the fixture next Saturday but in seasons before have not and will be seeing the potential of us playing without s keeper as an added bonus and a massive chance to win the game
We cannot postpone the game so now we wait on Sunderland who will im sure wait untill after tomorrow's game ...all we can hope for now is they pick up injuries .
