I think this will be a testy away fixture for Hibs; but the guys have missed out on another Thursday Euro fixture and that could suit them - fresher and hopefully "raring to go" at Dens Park. We shall see if that is the case. C'mon Hibs!

See which Hibs turns up! Have to watch the vision of Adam and not give him time to pick his passes.

Newell out but Scott makes his debut.

We should be looking at getting the 3 pts today.

FT 2-2 and Hibs top the Scot Prem on GD Thumb up after Hertz very fortunate to hold on to a 1-1 draw at the PBH and being overrun by the Dons in the final quarter of their match. I must say Hibs draw at Dens Park was prob a fair result, but IMO the defining moment was my least favourite Hibs player, Murphy, "fluffing his lines" in front of goal AGAIN after being set up by Boyly and missing the decisive Hibs 3rd goal to "kill the game" - no fast feet, no match winner's mentality, Murphy proving again that he disnae have that "killer's instinct" (seen enough last season re him missing gilt-edged goal opps!!) in a match where one could argue that Hibs and Jack Ross were dealt a "bum hand" well before this game started - both our main strikers sidelined for different reasons, Newell a late withdrawal and then Paul McGinn falls ill during the match and is replaced by our ever loyal Hibs servant and record cup medal winner, Lewis Stevenson. And we still should've won this match TBH! In fact, I thought James Scott could well have registered a glorious debut with the decisive goal, but couldn't "deliver the goods" although he had a decent first match for Hibs. Anyway, we move on at the top of the Scot Prem and still unbeaten.

Won't stay at the top for long unless the defense gets sorted. Schoolboy stuff at times.

The lack of depth to the squad is already being shown up.

IMO Doig at fault on both Dundee goals! He didn't "read" the situation as the nearest defender to the goal scorer. Jason's first goal in this match was a defensive joke from Doig's point of view where he just had to step sideways by another yard and either clear the baw from Jason or block any attempt on Macey's goal. Re the second Dundee goal, that's the second time Gogic has left a running player, McGowan, who he has been marking and then lets him go. But IMO Doig should've still read the flight of the ball and the free run of McGowan in Hibs pen box.

We started and finished that game pretty shakily I thought, but we still made enough cast iron chances to get the points. That 2nd Dundee goal was embarrassing.

Gogic had another complete mare today as well. Mcginn and doig aren't quite good enough defenders for me either.

We need some reinforcements before we play Livi.
